Done ASAP provides translation and document translation-related services between English and French, and related support services. We do not provide legal, medical, or immigration-advice — only translation and document preparation support. For legal, medical, or immigration advice, consult a qualified professional.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with involvement of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

3. User Accounts

• When you create an account or submit documents, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. User Content & License

"User Content" means any documents, text, files, or other materials you submit for translation or storage. You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content you grant Done ASAP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, translate, and provide the requested services on the content.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Service to upload or transmit material that:

• is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or fraudulent;
• violates the privacy or intellectual property rights of others;
• contains viruses or harmful code;
• is collected from others without their consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site that we create (site text, graphics, logos, design) is the property of Done ASAP or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse our site content except as expressly permitted in writing.

7. Payments, Refunds & Fees

Paid services will be priced as displayed during checkout. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as expressly stated in a written refund policy. We reserve the right to change fees; changes do not affect orders already accepted.

Translations are provided to the best of our translators' abilities but we do not guarantee acceptance by any government or third party.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Done ASAP and its officers, employees, agents, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the total fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Done ASAP from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

11. Termination
